- Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
- No — we bring everything, including vacuums, mops, and all cleaning products. Prefer non-toxic products? Just say so when you book; they're included at no extra charge.
- Do I need to be home during the clean?
- Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key, a garage code, or a smart-lock code. We'll confirm entry instructions when we confirm your time, and we text when we're on the way and when we're done.
- Will I get the same cleaner every time?
